Reunion

                                                REUNION AGAIN ON 02.02.2020

Just recollect the fun we had on our first reunion of 1972-73 SSC batch at Tenali during 2012. Now we all have retired from different services, I feel this is the right time for all of us to come together with all our childhood memories and we are planning the second reunion again on 020220 again but this time in our Taluk High School itself.  Just spare a day of yours and take away the joy and thrill of meeting our childhood friends and cherish the happy days remembering in coming life. 

We are making all possible good conduct of the meeting on that day to remember forever. Myself and Ramana are taking care of the event from Hyderabad and Chalapathi, Gopala KRISHNA from Tenali. You have a surprise also in Tenali meeting which you will come to know on that day.

Plan is such that meeting starts by 930 am and concludes by maximum 530 pm. We are planning to felicitate our teachers on that day. As of now 10 teachers are readily available in Tenali. Most of them taught us which made us to be like in the present society. We must pay our respect to them.

We have our Whatsup group and interaction is going on since 2016. The recent additions in the group are T. Yoganand, Indusekhara Sastry, Vedula Satyanarayana, Maharshi Raghava. We all have our own designations and distinctions but let us keep them aside and enjoy our childhood days and keep those good memories for ever.

Eagerly waiting to see all of us at Tenali on 02 02 2020. This date itself is a rare one where you can see only 2 number repeatedly without any other numbers. Let our reunion also to be a special one.

Meeting

The proposed meeting of 19th Feb went on well. 28 members attended to the meeting which includes Mr. Bhanu USA, PS Sastry, Delhi, Dr. M. Krishna Mohan Jaipur and other friends from different corners of the state. The response made us to go ahead with such in future also. The active participation of Gopala Krishna, SV Ramana, N. Chalapathi made the function a grand success. Our great teachers viz. Sri M. Kodanda Rama Sastry Garu, M. Krishna Mohan (MKM2), MKM 1 garu, Gnanananda Sarma Garu, Chalapathi Rao Garu, Sambaiah Garu, Dhara Balakrishna Garu, Polepeddi Kameswara Rao Garu have attended to the meeting and allowed us to honor them. Really it's an exciting even for them and equally for us also. I thank one and all for their enthusiastic participation.

It is proposed to conduct a meeting of our 1971-1975 batch students of Taluk High School Teanli on 19th Feb 2012 at Tenali. The date is confirmed and the venue etc., will be intimated over phone or mail after conducting a small meeting of our friends at Hyderabad. This is a golden opportunity for all of us to meet after 4 decades. I request you all to attend the meeting with families so that all of us can share our sweet memories.

It is also proposed to felicitate our teachers who taught during 1971-1973 on this occassion.

The good old childhood. Still I remember my school days....Ofcourse all will remember but the freedom, liberty and what not we had during our schooling? Seeing the present hectic activity of a kid from Nursery to higher studies.........Oh! unimaginable....Is it not? Think on this.

Wearing a nicker and shirt of PARENT's choice (repeat)... taking food plus some pickle and ghee with yesterday's rice (ofcourse we call it as Chaddi annam ... how many of the present generation knows about it and also its taste?), reaching one hour before to school (without cheppals or shoes or NIKE, ADIDAS etc.) throwing the bag at one corner and start playing in the huge ground (ofcourse this large ground is beyond imagination for the present generation schools) till the first and second bell alerts. Fighting for a place in the first bench to catch the eye of teacher..... Again interval and play starts (No hot pack meals.... no pocket money to eat PIZZA, BURGER and Cool Drink which were not heard yet all).

Reaching home in the evening and again taking food with curry, dal etc.. Again playing, playing till mother starts scolding to read ... finally starts reading before father reaches the house with a loud voice as if it was done hours together (in kerosene lamps shade) .... Sleeping (not with any AC, Cooler, Cot with matress etc.,) wherever gets sleep.

Sudden interruption to sleep again in the early hours with mummy's early prayer to get up and start reading... not hearing to...leading to fathers ferocious voice which automatically makes to awake if not final retreat i.e. beating by father.... Compelled to read (pretended to be reading)..
LIFE STARTS again....Eating chaddi annam...........................
